Got this magazine free with my yoga magazine… Is it any wonder so many women feel crappy about how they look? And where is the health part other than the being skinny with a flat belly? Eat, drink and still shrink? Really? Oy… And the real problem? I’ll read it…because I think I’ll be better if I’m thinner and toned. Jeez. Stupid brain/body/society issues.
